How does ACLogics determine the equipment manufacturing date?
Each major manufacturer embeds manufacturing dates into serial numbers differently (e.g. Carrier uses first two digits for week and next two for year; Trane uses the first two digits for year and week; Goodman uses year and month prefix). When the date is read from the serial instead of printed on the label, ACLogics marks it ESTIMATED so you know to double-check it.
What if the scan gets something wrong?
Check every field against the label before you save, especially model and serial. Tap a field to correct it. If the photo can't be read, retake it with less glare or type the details in.
