Check the amount shown in the app for your account before a Pro scan. Team tokens are unlimited.
Check the result
Compare each field with the label, especially model and serial numbers. Edit wrong values before attaching the scan. Do not replace unreadable values with guessed ones.
If Scan Pro is still processing, you can continue the diagnosis entry and return to review the result before submitting.
If scanning fails
Check your connection for Scan Pro and retry once. If the photo is unavailable, reopen the app or retake it. You can enter equipment details manually if scanning stays blocked.
Keep the app signed in until offline Scan Free changes upload. See capture steps and offline syncing.
