Do technicians need to create their own billing accounts?
No. Technicians simply receive an invite email, download the app on iOS or Android, and sign in. They are automatically connected to your company organization account with full unlimited access.
What is the pricing model for teams?
The team plan is seat-based: the first Admin seat is completely Free, and each technician seat is $24.99/month (or discounted on annual billing). New teams can get started with a 3-day free trial (no credit card required). Unused seats do not auto-renew.
Where do I log into the team portal?
