How do I upload my EPA or ODP certificate?
Submit a clear certificate photo from Account and check that it saved.
Upload a photo through Account → EPA or equivalent. Use your U.S. EPA Section 608 certificate or Canadian ODP / ODS or equivalent credential.
- Connect to the internet and open the certificate row in Account.
- Tap Add, then Take Photo or Choose Photo.
- Check that the name and certificate details are readable. Retake it if needed.
- Tap Submit Certificate.
- Check that the Account row shows Pending review.
Choosing a photo alone does not submit it. Use an image rather than a PDF, and allow camera or photo access if your phone asks.
To replace the photo, open the same row, choose Update, and submit the new image.
Do I need to wait for approval?
Pending review confirms that the photo saved. It allows new diagnoses while staff review it. See certificate review and rejection for what each status means.
Personal accounts can start one new diagnosis before submitting a certificate. Members of a non-expired Team are exempt from this access requirement. See AI Diagnosis access.
