What do Pending review and Rejected mean for my certificate?
Check certificate status, replace a rejected photo, and get help with review.
Pending review means your certificate photo saved and awaits staff review. You can start new diagnoses while it is pending; you do not need to wait for Verified.
Check the status in Account → EPA or equivalent. Verified means review is complete. If you need an update on a pending review, contact support. There is no published review deadline to rely on.
If the certificate is rejected
A rejected certificate no longer meets the personal-account access requirement. Read any reason sent to you before uploading another photo.
- Open Account → EPA or equivalent → Update.
- Take or choose a clear photo of your qualifying certificate.
- Check that its details are readable and submit it.
- Confirm that the status changes to Pending review.
Do not upload an unrelated document to get past the prompt. If you cannot tell what needs correcting, contact support with your account email and the rejection message.
See upload a certificate for the full steps and AI Diagnosis access for other blocks.
