Check your token balance and buy a refill
Find your balance, see which actions use tokens, and add permanent tokens when needed.
Open Account in the app to check your token balance. AI diagnosis, Side Chat, and report generation use tokens; reading saved work does not.

Pro tokens are used before permanent tokens. Starter tokens and purchased refills never expire. Failed AI steps do not use tokens; completed steps can still use tokens if a later step fails.
Buy a refill
- Open Account in your personal account.
- Choose the token refill option.
- Review the amount and price shown, then confirm through your app store.
Team and Insight members do not need refills. If your personal balance runs out, refill it or wait for the next Pro credit. You can still read saved diagnoses and export existing reports.
