Know what needs internet and keep local edits safe until they upload.
Do not sign out or switch accounts while changes have not synced. Reconnect and let them upload first.
Open the jobs and reports you need while online so they are available on this device.

Can I export a report without internet?
Yes, if the report already exists and is stored on this device.
- Open the available diagnosis from Home or History.
- Select Job Documents → Diagnosis Report.
- Edit if needed and save.
- Tap the share icon to export the PDF. Email or upload delivery may wait for internet.
If changes do not upload
Reconnect, keep ACLogics open in the same account, and wait for Syncing Local Changes… to clear. Open the job and confirm the latest edits.
Diagnosis Unavailable Offline means the job is not stored here; reconnect and open it. If syncing still fails, keep the local work and contact support.
