Full Diagnosis

Line Voltage Low. Incoming AC line voltage to the unit has dropped below the control's allowed threshold, and the unit will not operate — or will shut down mid-cycle — to protect the compressor and other line-voltage components from running underpowered. This is the low-voltage counterpart to code 15-94, which flags the opposite condition of line voltage rising too high; the two share the same detection logic but point to undervoltage versus overvoltage utility conditions. Unlike code 24-58, which tracks a failure in the PCM's internal 5V DC supply to the VFD — a control-level power fault, not an incoming-line condition — code 14-94 is strictly about the AC service feeding the unit. The unit resumes normal operation automatically once incoming voltage returns to an acceptable range; no manual reset is implied by the code itself.

Measure supply voltage at the disconnect under actual operating load, since voltage can look adequate at idle and sag once the compressor draws current.
