Full Diagnosis

Lost BTM Communication. Lost communication with the Bluetooth module; service app will not connect while active.

All Recorded Causes

Check Bluetooth module wiring and connector on PCM. Power cycle the unit to reset communication. Verify Bluetooth module is properly seated and not damaged. Replace Bluetooth module if communication not restored.
