Why is my diagnosis report outdated?
Compare the report with changed diagnosis answers before editing or regenerating it.
Out of date means the diagnosis changed after the report was created. The report may no longer reflect your latest answers or notes.
- Open the diagnosis and review what changed.
- Open Job Documents → Diagnosis Report.
- Compare its findings and repair sections with the latest checks.
- Use Edit to correct the affected sections, or Regenerate if the findings changed substantially.
- Save and review the report before exporting its PDF.
An outdated warning does not mean the PDF failed to export. It tells you to check the contents before sending them to a customer.
Regeneration requires internet access and uses tokens. Manual edits to an existing report do not need a new AI report. See Edit a report for section edits and completed repairs.
