Who can see my diagnoses, and what happens after account deletion?

Check personal and team access, image retention, and where to request deletion.

Personal jobs stay in your personal account. Team administrators do not gain access to that separate account when you join their organization.

Jobs created in a Team account belong to the organization. Authorized administrators and members may access them under its settings. Check the active account before starting work, and ask your administrator who can see a team job.

What happens if I delete my account?

Account deletion removes your personal profile. We remove or de-identify personal identifiers in diagnosis records and may keep those records in anonymized form. Team work stays with the organization. Deleting your account does not transfer team records to you.

Raw equipment photos follow the 90-day retention schedule and may remain until they expire after account deletion. Extracted equipment details and documents can remain after the photo is gone. Certificate photos follow a separate policy.

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are the main sources for retention and data rights; a History search window is not a deletion deadline.

For the app steps, see Delete your account. To request removal of particular records or earlier removal of images, email team@aclogics.com. Team-record requests may need the organization’s approval.
