Igniter problem. The hot surface ignitor failed to light the burners or is not drawing the correct current.
Inspect the igniter for cracks or damage (it’s brittle). If cracked or not glowing, replace the igniter. Check the wiring harness to the igniter for loose connections. After replacement, reset the furnace and verify ignition.
