Work through a guided diagnosis
Complete checks, record readings and notes, and return to unfinished work.
Open a diagnosis from Home or History, then work through the checks using your actual measurements.
- Choose an issue to investigate and read the check.
- Perform the check using the equipment’s safety and service instructions.
- Select the answer that matches your result. Include units with readings.
- Add notes for details you will need in the report.
- Continue to the next check. Use Finish when you are ready to end the diagnosis.
Suggested causes need confirmation. Repeat an unexpected reading before recording it.
Can I change an answer?
Use Previous to review an earlier step. Changing its answer can remove later choices and change the path. See Correct an earlier answer.
Can I stop and come back?
Use Pause to leave unfinished work, then reopen the job. For work without service, open the job while connected first and follow the offline guide.
Reset clears the recorded step results and starts the session again. Use Previous to correct one answer instead.
