Error detail: U1 specifically indicates the high-pressure switch (63H) has directly opened a hardwired safety cutout circuit, shutting the compressor down through a physical relay path rather than through the outdoor board's software-monitored safeguard logic. This is a harder, faster-acting protection than the broader 'U1– Ud' range, which groups together abnormal high pressure (63H) and overheating safeguard trips as interpreted by the control microprocessor; U1's direct-cut path bypasses that interpretation and removes power the instant the switch contacts open. The compressor stays locked out until high-side pressure drops and the switch resets, and the unit typically needs a manual power cycle or fault clear if it recurs.
