Full Diagnosis

F11 is a broader compressor-operation fault, tripped when the compressor's running parameters (such as speed or frequency) deviate from the range the outdoor board expects, rather than pointing to one specific electrical cause. This differs from F1 (a fault specific to the IPM driver module), F2 (a straight compressor overcurrent reading), and F19 (a supply-voltage fault) — F11 is more of a catch-all for the compressor not behaving as commanded once those specific causes are ruled out. The outdoor unit typically locks out the compressor when this trips, halting cooling/heating for all indoor units on that outdoor system.

Check refrigerant charge and for restricted airflow at the outdoor condenser, both of which can push the compressor outside its normal operating range.
